These above are priced in BTC and it's a reasonable premium, including shipping and insurance, no credit card needed, with an offer to deal. It's far less hassle than a purchase elsewhere.
In order to get the prices you see at provident, you must wait 5 days for your check to clear or provide a postal money order at whatever the cost is for that. Those prices don't include the cost of money transfer or the wait period.
