I have a roll (#50) of Steel 1943 "War" Wheat-Back Pennies. They have been "reprocessed" so they literally look brand new. No, you aren't supposed to clean coins. But, these coins are of very little numismatic value, so in their case it makes sense.
The coins are packed in plastic coin flips-1 on either side (its how I received them). These are literally THE "archival" coin flips. You will receive them all but I will most likely ship them via another method (The coins will stay 100% safe/undamaged.)
These are almost ALL mirror-finish like.
