value is not just about how many coins there are ( I could start a coin that only ever has 1 coin would that make it worth 1,000,000,000 usd ? )
If that is what someone was willing to pay for it, then yes. All of coin values are made up by the buyer, supply and demand, popularity, scarcity, usability, function, etc. A lot goes into it other than rarity, that is true. But at the end, all that matters is what people decide it is worth. The price I have listed is what I am willing to sell CGB at. Difficulty is going up, popularity is spreading, exchanges will add soon, etc...
