Sunshine mint?
No, I use a smaller one. Sunshine makes some great coins too though.
Several government mints have now switched to 4 9's, pretty impressive refining if you think about the numbers.
I'm aware of this joyous progression. I use a government certified mint myself and am looking forward to releasing my next silver coin as a result.
