Brand new lights these are a great bargain! I will consider if you don't want to use eBay. I will do escrow though I don't have one set up yet I can if there is interest in purchasing with btc. I will take .11 for the 400 watts or .21 for the 1000 (if outside the U.S. I will charge the going price for shipping)! thanks. The extra point is to cover my shipping charge in the U.S.
