Also know, you have to input last 4 numbers of SSN I believe when redeeming a moneypak for paypal. So if you used a false name or anything false on your paypal account it won't work out I think. Not judging you if you used false info, hell I hate paypal myself but just don't want there to be any issues.

He was doing somewhere around a 8% rate. For someone looking to pay with paypal it's not that bad. But I'm offering cash deposit/ moneypak in which case an 8% rate is pretty hefty.
