Is the option for purse a minimum requirement thing? like verification and other things to get that choice? since someone above mentioned its not for everyone..

I guess that purse is good if you're trying to liquidate small amounts fast. But it has a 50$ limit for the first trades done there. You can create an account and check that out for your own.

Hmm, doesn't seem like a feature released to everyone, because I see no option for gift cards from here. Liquidating amazon gift cards could also be done by adding them into an amazon account balance and buying things for people, but with a 50$ limit per order at start it doesn't seem all that convenient.

And OP has 1500...

No they recently starting buying gift cards. You are correct that they have limits as to how large of an order a seller can place when buying for a bitcoin seller (amazon buyer), however I don't think there is a limit to how many gift cards they will buy at once.

You can't sell gift cards directly though, can you? In their about page:

We are driving mainstream adoption through 20% discounts on everything on Amazon! Buyers liquidate gift cards or pay Amazon with credit cards to purchase bitcoin.

Doesn't sound like purse is a place to sell gift cards.

If you read your quote then you will see that it is a venue that you can sell amazon gift cards. If you can't read and login to their website then you will see it is a place you can sell amazon gift cards

Why don't you sell it on purse.io? They likely have the ability to take the necessary precautions against buying gift cards from people who purchased them with a stolen credit card.

The fact that you clearly created this account for the sole purpose of selling this gift card means that there is a very high chance that whoever buys it will have problems with it down the line, including a high chance that it will go bad due to the aforementioned risk of it being purchased with a stolen credit card

Your comment is quite misleading, purse never actually bought gift cards. After they received some investments they changed their business model to become a middleman for people to buy items from other people's amazon wishlist.

It has limits though, you can't spend more than 50$ at once at start. And it's definitely not a website to sell gift cards.
