I can confirm that the coupon still works
LTCgear will only accept BTC at this point. I tried with PP and they said the quota is full for the week (whatever that means).

so every one is still be able to buy for 900$ cheap or some less(8% with btc pay).
but, still , if some on want only 5 mhs, its not much (compare with most others) and on ltcgear, you can only buy the 160mhs rent.
