I'll piggy-back this post to say what I have to say.
I have always wished (and wondered) why there are barely ANY Numismatic (collectible coins) listings. Although occasionally I get lucky.

But rare coin collecting isn't just a hobby-its an investment. For example, if you have a graded coin (it doesn't have to be graded) thats made out of silver and silver drops to $1/oz, your initial investment is still worth the same amount because there is ALWAYS a collector looking for your rare coin (check eBay if you don't believe me).

AND, obviously there are no 1946, 1800, 1857, etc coins still being made. Which means the value of your coin can only increase over time.

I have had recent success with numismatic items I've posted on here and on BitMit. So, I figured I'd try to list some more. Up for sale here is a 1963 Proof Franklin Half Dollar. 1963 is the last year these were made-they began minting the Kennedy half in 1964. This is a proof coin-I received it in the mint packaging. I cut it out of the mint packaging (with gloved hands) because old mint plastic tends to tone silver coins undesirably. So, this coin has literally never been touched by human hands-at least since 1963 (although I bet they wore gloves back then Wink. I am asking for this coin, including trackable shipping anywhere in the US. If you are international and are interested in this coin, PM me and we can figure out a shipping arrangement.
Thanks!

**note: Any imperfections you might notice are on the exterior of the plastic holder. The coin itself is flawless.
