I'm guessing no one notices that this guy's trust level is -6.

Escrow or not, don't give scammers the time of day.  It's like feeding goats at a petting zoo.  You feed them once and they'll bite you on the ass for more.

For anyone that doesn't know what the name scam is, a legitimate and honest user will post a sale, and a scammer will create a name almost identical to the original seller.  They will then PM the prospective buyer with an address and the buyer sends the coin thinking they sent it to the original seller.  Always check, double check, and triple check your purchases before you purchase something.

-Fuse

This just happened to me a few days ago. I'm done doing deals with people that I dont know without using escrow.

AndrewK posted that he had some grids for sale and Andrew(DOT)K PM'ed me. I took the friggin bait hook line and sinker. Shame on me for letting a scammer get over on me.

Never again.

I agree that if the OP is a known scammer then fuck him and his deals. No one should do any business with known scammers.

Well I tried to make him an offer he would not ignore .    So far it has been ignored.

Why would anyone want to trust me and make 40 bucks more then  they asked for is beyond me.

I guess you are correct and he is a scam artist .  Too bad   2 grid seed blade fro 420 usd each  would have worked for me.

To the op  if you are legit let us know do the deal with me.

I hear you, mate.  $420 blades sound great.  I'd dump everything I had right now for some.

I'm just tired of people getting scammed with this crap.  This and the name scams are just too common now.

The OP will not respond now.  This is how this scam works.

There will be no response PMs unless the OP finds a newbie willing to do the deal without escrow.

If these are grid seed blades and you are in the usa:

I will buy the 2.  I will pay you more then 800

I will pay you 420 for 1

Then I will pay you 420 for the second.

What is the catch.  My trust rating is perfect.  So send me one and you trust me.  As soon as it arrives in my home and works at 5mh or so I send the coin to you. 420 worth of btc or ltc I have both .

once you get the coin for the first send me the second.  once again I will  send the coin once I get it and it works.

If you are honest and have working grid seed blades you will not get a better deal then this. If you are a scammer you won't do the deal.

Those neg rates are pretty useless though.  If he escrows why not try for it?

Because these deals pop up a million times over and over again.  Guy wants to sell cheap X.  People ask for escrow, guy never responds.  Newbie members PM guy and do deal with no escrow.  Guy creates another account and does it again.  Newbies say crypto is a scam and no one should do it.

Why not try?  Because obvious scam is obvious.
