i doubt that someone will buy it as there are cheaper accounts for sale that are cracked
I can give 10% discount at max.I doubt these would be legit. Its because you wouldn't want to be giving away private information of yourself or your friend away. And the usual monthly price is around 8$, so even if you were selling for more than that time, it will be recurring payment, which would mean your friends CC info on neteller, which I am sure you wouldn't give away on the internet just to make a few dollars profit.
And you posted on Hypergen generator thread few days back that you got a neteller account. So its very likely its just that.
