Gravitate sold these pbc coins before microsoul. I've never seen one without the paper address on the back. These coins didn't use holos. One of the earlier coins made in the industry and rather rare.
According to the encyclopedia, of the 100 minted, 62 were funded, so 38 are blanks.

No there is no hologram on this coin.
We can see this coin in the Encyclopedia of physical bitcoins and crypto-currencies page 201. In fact it's not really a Microsoul, this coin was created before the creation of the Microsoul brand.
