Yes. this was my first intro into physical coins which i got on ebay during the frenzy of late 2017. i think the seller loaded it, but they did disclose the discrepancy between face value and content.

Denarium usually loads these if bought loaded. But I do believe they could have been bought unloaded too.

Maybe I am just confused right now, but looks to me you are asking below face value 1/100th BTC is 0.01 BTC not 0.001 BTC. Or did you load it manually with less than its denomination?
