Yes Zefir DOES allow me to change the shipping address and ownership of the chips for aftersales trades such as this one. Once I have changed the shipping address I can "lock" the new address to you and give you (or the escrow) the credentials and the private key of the address I used to pay for the chips, and also a receipt, you can read about this process here:

I've 220 chips ordered from zefir Batch 6 which was ordered the 30th of April, batch 1 ordered the 15th of April has been already delivered.
I prefer to sell the whole batch, of course I'll accept escrow as long as the buyer organizes it and pays the fees.
