If you were just advertising said site, you wouldn't be able to pick an exact number of people who choose to visit. I'm genuinely interested because I've previously wondered about how services like yours work.
That's a good question, We send traffic via multiple sources, like forums, blogs, downloads websites, ... etc to customized links on our website, each link is like a rotator including multiple urls receiving about 40k visits daily, So we set the limit on each url according to the buyer requests, also old buyers get better higher priority

Each url is viewed for 20 seconds minimum
