In all honesty you'd probably be best to list them individually on ebay and let an auction run with a low starting price. Try and time it to end early evening or ideally early / mid evening on a Friday or Saturday night, that's when most people are at home and will bid ( and might have had a drink so might bid a bit more ).
Its hard to say what you'll get or what they're worth. Thing with ebay is that people will only pay what they think its worth so you will get that, unfortunately it wont be anywhere near what you're asking.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you're asking far too much for this equipment. Not only is it out of date and highly inefficient 2 are broken and one is faulty. If it was all working it would only pull about 62 GH/s.
£150 (0.62btc) can get you 3 antminer S1's @ 530 GH/s or an S3 (440+ GH/s) if you catch an auction right.

2x bit coin block erupter cubes and one faulty red fury
one cube doesn't power ( PSU cuts off after 1min) yet was working beautifully for months has slight rusting but did not effect use of cube
And the Other has one dead chip but works amazingly with a great hash rate.
