In the last week, I have underclocked them, and both of them are running at 4000 GHs at 2000 watts for .5 Efficiency.

I am not sure why they are under preforming. But speeds have been steady 1-2 months I've owned them.
I had to start somewhere with an opening asking price. These had been selling for $2000 - $2500 plus a month ago.

Aren't these a bit overpriced considering this is 0.66 to 0.69 gear.
Seems to be a sellers market these days.
