Straight to the point ... I have a $35 PayPal my cash voucher.
I was going to use it to pay somebody but I no longer need it.
I know these are considered risky for the buyer, but I can assure you this one is legit. I have the original reciept and it was paid for in cash. You can go thru as many verification processes as you need to.
Escrow is fine. I don't mind sending first as long as the buyer is reputable.
Make an offer. I have no clue what the market rate on something like this is.
