Purchased 2 cards. There was an issue with the first 2 cards, but it was quickly resolved with a replacement. I waited to send payment to make sure there were not going to be any issues and later understood he was scammed.

How are these cards obtained? Just wanna make sure because google can flag those accounts that activate cards that are obtained illegally. 
Those cards were obtained through some rewarding apps on the google play store Also i had a deal for the rest 4 but haven't been payed yet . So i'm waiting for the buyer to be online and check his Pms with the codes sent to him so he could send me my money . So i don't have any cards left to be sold

Why to give him access to clash of clan account? doesn't this card can be redemmed worldwide? Do not hesitate to deal with this user
Vouch To give access to google play require to share gmail password which is quite annoying to do. I have heard that googleplay giftcard can't be redemed in other than few countries, is this true?
