In my country, that is required step to create new account If your ip is not use yet in registering a google account google will not asked for mobile verification.

Meh..i think its easy to make a gmail account.. Hardly takes 30secs.. So making 50 would take 30x50 secs.. 1500 secs.. That's less than half n hour of your time(25 mins) n 10 dollars for it..i think its a bit too much..
You need use mobile phone for verify account You will not need to verify it with mobile if you change the ip everytime and delete the cookies/flash cookies before you create the account.
