Edit; I found his thread, it was this guy -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wtb-bulk-gmail-accounts-everyday-1783670 He was looking to buy around 1000 daily or something but they needed to pass phone verification or something, for like 20 usd, You might be able to make a deal with him, however i do not know him / trust him. trade with caution!.
