As for price, if you want to buy whole amount it is negotiable despite the fact already at current price the ROI is within 50 days...

I am offering 5000 Asic shares (10 shares=1 MH/s) at price 0.0045 BTC/MHs (0.45 BTC per 1000 shares)
Price 0.013 BTC/MHs. If anybody wants to take all of them the price would be 0.012 BTC/MHs
Minimum amount 10 shares (1 MH/s)
