Have you checked out ebay? There are quite a few replacement fans out there. I found some for my 5870s.

With one major exception... one of the blades on the fan is broke off, causing the fan to vibrate and make a lot of noise (and also not cool as well as it could). The card otherwise works without issue.
Make me an offer on the card, or sell me a fan. No reasonable offer will be rejected. I'll accept btc or paypal.
