I dont understand - you wanna sell the BTC, right ? Therefore you sould have a LB account and open the add..
Well LocalBitcoins acts like an escrow so what you do is make an add, smdy will reply to you, you will send the money to LBC escrow and w8 for him to send you the walmart/MG, then you release the coins to them.
Make sure you screenshot everything in case hes an idiot - so you have proof for the support.
He cant put MG or Walmart cash to LB. So ify ou want to use an escrow you will be the one locking the coins probably.
