Indian programmers and other third world developers get paid next to nothing to make websites. I'm in the USA, my company www.buildingbinary.com won't touch a site/project unless the budget is at least $500 and that's on the low end.

We are offering services that require manual coding, not exactly a wordpress blog, so we would take requests on that. So any site that you want to be coded could be the answer.

I think the price is right since we will be giving support for at least 2 years to code maintenance and it's not an usual website, for example, if you want a chat, database with sql, and some crazy modifications that your ideas lead to, we will try to implement it, thanks for your suggestion.
