Does this account have any credit at all or are you selling it at that price solely because of the increased limits? I can see why somebody would fine these to be useful, but I can't imagine it being that hard to get limit increases if you are a legitimate user as long as you have a valid reason to request those increases. It seems to me that a cheaper and safer way to do this for anyone who wanted the higher limits would be to just contact Amazon directly and explain to them the purpose of your cloud services that are being requested from them. Since using accounts under others' name would break their terms of service, they would also have a fair reason to suspend or ban the account in question, so I would be wary of doing this kind of trade to begin with.
