Hi - I am pretty sure that Bitcoiner is just very busy as he is also not responding to my PMs and I am trying to PAY him money as I owe him $500.

Very accurate. I tried to get internet at the store (was turned on and live Monday supposedly), but the modem is not picking up the signal. However the same modem with same company/settings immediately picked up at home. I have been running ragged the last week, but progress is worth it. Communication and regular business here will be MUCH easier once internet is there, as I have been basically living there for the past week or two, with my new phone instantly destroyed it is a chore to even use for anything, much less internet conversations and business.

apparently segabtc knows where he lives.. so if anything, you can pursue it with him.
BitCoiner2012 is ignoring my numerous PMs and $750 Amazon GC is still overdue.
