so you are stealing from go pro by pretending you will be sending them a camera? Are they a company that sends out the camera and allows you to send the rma after and if you don't they charge you but you are giving a bogus credit card? What is to keep go pro from coming after the buyers of these?

Either buying broken cameras or getting them from someone who gets them as returns. Something fishy is happening and I have decided that i am staying out.

I think OP is offering half-half payment, because he will use the first half to somehow order or pay for this. I don't see another reason for him to not accept escrow if he did everything himself.

As someone pointed out above, social engineering means obtaining and reselling products by illegal means. To whoever is considering buying this if OP agrees to using escrow, you won't get scammed, but you'll be scamming GoPro.

I'm selling items, that has been obtained trough GoPro warranty. When item is defective, a replacement is obtained trough warranty procces, called RMA. I'm going to directly address the buyers address, so the replacement model would be shipped. So it's half dropshipping, cause you're receiving the item from the company, i'm just a middleman in between. The camera comes in retail packaging, meaning it's the same as store bought one.
