This was to be auction with a starting price of 100 BTC, wire transfer. But since I wasn't real organized. The price of 100. BTC will be accepted. (I was thinking that I should have the price fixed, such as current spot price times 100 BTC).

yes, escrow would be released upon the unit being received the customer. Such as signature confirmation.
