All of those are signature spammer's posts, and seems no one is interested in those accounts. I'll just tell my friend that I can't sell them and I'll lock the thread now. For serious enquiries please PM me. I'll try to get to my friend again to see if he are going to sell them again or not.
Op, i do not wish to distract your attention but i am a bit excited. Though i am not new in the forum but this is the first time that i am hearing that a bann account can be recovered, this is really cool.
Why would someone buy banned accounts? Is the reason, to get the signature space so as to advertise stuffs??

There is a guy in this subforum that buys (or at least has advertised that he buys) banned accounts. I can't imagine why. Bit lazy to find the thread, but I saw it bumped several days ago. You won't get much, as you already know.
The accounts are unlikely to get unbanned.
the guy buying banned accounts won't buy this pot jr member accounts and that is for sure. that guy is buying banned accounts then change its signature to his company or product for advertising. this accounts being sold have only very few post and cannot be used in advertising IMHO
@OP "potential Jr Member" doesnt make any sense coz you cant make a post to make it to Jr Member and all of your accounts wont be unbanned even after 100years

Exactly. I feel like you have a reason that you're selling these accounts instead of appealing for an unban and then selling these accounts for more.
Banned: More than 2 months ago, so they may easily got unbanned on request
Just so you know, Forum accounts aren't unbanned after a long time has passed for the ban. Those limits are set initially after a ban and the ban can't be undone
