companies are notorious for going against court rulings, even explicit ones. Anyways, the main issue is the seller yanking back the account. Not saying the seller will do that, but it's something to be aware of.

the seller can recover the password, usually by contacting support. I'm not saying you will do it, but it's something to keep in mind for any potential buyers. I just dont play the game for months and why not sell it?
