I will not. I found plenty of the same artwork on the internet, he told - only one availible.
It is matter what size it is if it is totaly the same print?
Yes, thats a scam.
Printing more copies - caunterfeiting.
If you have bought this shit and fall for his scam, it doesnt mean others should. I understand if you are holders of it you would want me to delete my coments but i will not.
Friend of mine is artist, i asked his advice and explained the situation, and after his clarification i will stay at my possition - scam.

:DD most funny part is that the seller verified his account on etsy. Whats the point? It is not a scam anymore?
I dont care who are selling these. I care the amount of copies.
1 is rare.
1000 it's a rubish

I did not buy or sell anything with regards to art.
Until it is proved that he has already made the sale of this print (of any size), then (funny part too) you and your artist friend can go suck Smiley
You need proof of the repeated sale of this lot by the creator of the topic, and I will agree and I will scream with you. Then the conditions will be violated. Deliver them

I don't think you understand how prints work in the art world. It's a common thing to have limited edition print sets. They can be done at different sizes. It's up to the artist how many prints are included in a set, the size, signed or unsigned, etc.
Thats ok. Mention next time you have printed loads of it. Because i can see clearly stated: Only one availible.
$420 for re-printed ART. Thats a lot of money. Make 100 copies and you have a solid amount of money. Sound like a scam to me. Not sure if it sound legit to others.

He has already advertised on the forum. It's not a scam, and I like his art. Smiley

I'm the artist. It's not a scam.

First of all... it's digital artwork, created on a computer... so there is obviously no 'original' like there would be with a painting on canvas.

As noted by Hox, I do indeed have several smaller prints still for sale on my etsy store.
In fact, I have posted about these prints and my other works on this forum in the past...
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.29968298

This particular framed piece is much bigger and it's the only large format print I had made of this artwork. I understand the concern that a reprint at this size is hypothetically possible since it's digital art but all I can say is that I have no intention of doing so considering how hard it has been to sell this one. And at the end of the day, we're talking about a few hundred dollars... not a million dollar picasso. Just framing and matting something this size was pretty expensive.

I created this and had it framed like a year ago during the bubble. It's been sitting on the floor of my office ever since and I'd like to get it out of here. I have it for sale on multiple venues including my etsy store and a crypto auction site. If it sells, I'm obviously going to take down the listings on the other sites. I'm not trying to "scam" anyone. If you don't like the asking price, feel free to make me an offer.

Only one available.
Thats not true. Plenty availible.
Doesnt matter what format at all. If his artwork got leaked and printed in hundreds like shit paper it is his problems.
He even used the same pictures like in etsy.

What i want to say, is obvious- stay away.

UPDATE:
Didn't get much traction on the large format prints so I'm updating this post to point to the other smaller prints as well as other pieces I've done...

I have created several bitcoin-inspired artworks. I have prints of them for sale here...

I think the seller will be able to identify himself, indicate in the profile https://www.etsy.com/shop/matthabel , a link to his profile here?

I don't think this is a scam, the prints you linked are smaller than the one here.

This oversized 24 x 19.2 inch print

This seems to be a lower production run of the same artwork. 1/1?

crayonsmell can easily clear this up by posting an announcement about this thread on their etsy page.

USD, GBP, EUR and JPY being used on the skulls, but why is $ used twice instead of using a 5th currency? Would of been nice to see them all being different ..

Selling this framed print of one of my artworks.

This artwork depicts the spirit of Satoshi Nakamoto hurdling over the moon on his epic honey badger mount carrying trophies of the world's vanquished fiat currencies.

This oversized 24 x 19.2 inch print comes framed and matted in white. The total size including the frame measures 29.5 x 24.75 inches.

Shipping and handling within USA could range anywhere from 50-100$ depending on final destination.
Other countries are possible but the international shipping rates are pretty absurd and it's possible the rate could be more than the item value.

Only one available.
