Can you take an extremely close picture of that area so I can try to identify the parts needed and see if I can source them?
I have the original heatsink but one of the pieces ( second down from top left ) had a copper coil inside and disintegrated ...
Do you still have the original SMD pieces that came off? Will you sell it with the original heatsink?

Purchased an Arctic Accelero for my Diamond Reference 7970 .... long story short the fan wiring was bad and shorted the card out... called Arctic cooling and they were dicks about it ( I'm A+ certified and do this type of work daily), so removed the Accelero to RMA it , and a few parts came off with heatsinks 
I am sellling this board to anyone who wants to attempt a repair, make an offer in the thread.
