Can do this via WesternUnion cash pickup or bank transfer if you have instant bank transfer like Revolut, TransferWise etc or even Paypal.
Escrow can be used.
Sorry, for this trade i prefer to deal with someone in ROME or somebody who has connection for pickup of cash in a specific location in rome
