Rate can be upon any stable exchange rate. I cannot state the exact rate now since it is fluctuating. I prefer any localbitcoin rates which is somewhat profitable for both buyer and seller.

I prefer to meet either in Garia or Esplanade (preferable near any metro stations).

Well I will use Localbitcoin escrow so we can adjust the rate beforehand and it'll remain locked until the transaction is completed. Also it will be a safer trade I think.
Auctioning is also a good idea IMHO.

Even though your requirement would be less then would u accept a lower offer from the market rate? u might put the auction status to this thread.
