Have tried buying cheap cigarettes before. Customs are smart and somehow intercept then apply duty. Package size/shape I bet is dead give away. Im not saying this Cig Seller is a scam. Im saying you may have better luck buying as loose tobacco for rolling rather than pre-rolled in cartons.
