Option 1 - You will receive an account with the game in it (you can change email and pw, basically full access) You can either play the game on that account or family share it with your main account and play it on your main (some games are unable to family share).
AFAIK, you could still recover that account.Option 2 - Pass me your steam account details (username and pw) and I will get the game into your account thru gifting (yes, username and password required)(I will be changing your store to gift the game over)
Since when passwords are needed for gifting?- I would recommend buyers to look for a seller that's not dishonest and also read the following page: Steam Gifts
