strange guy. I ordered him a data scraping script and sent him 50% upfront on its address tip jar. he was supposed to do it for me in less than 48 hours. the guy never connected again since i sent money.. however funds have not moved since.

Absolutely, he is a strange guy but may not be a scammer for some little amount of payment according to his rank.
He lastly has arrived this forum but seems he has not yet seen your payment. Just PM him if you didn' it before.
i already PM him. he gave me his tip jar address and told me to send 50% upfront.
i dont know. maybe this guy sold is account or something else (hacked ?), i don't know.
few days ago when i checked its trust section it was written that its password has recently been changed ; now it is written "This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity."
