Never heard of having money in an eBay account other than PayPal, as timelord said. Sounds somewhat.convoluted, what you want to do. Why not put up an auction for your eBay credit. People there will buy anything, even if it's retarded and just for the feedback.
No what I have is like physical gift cards that were bought with money that still have some on the card itself. I am willing to pay someone using the cards for btc. To use the cards I have to go through PayPal, that is what you should receive it in. So I do not have the money in MY PayPal but you should receive payment in yours. Current offer I have received is .092btc for $71.39. If you have a better offer let me know.
