You plug the power chord and flip the switch, it's jumpstarted so it will boot automatically (http://www.overclock3d.net/gfx/articles/2006/09/115781856036.jpg)
it's basically like this but cleaner, it simulates the power switch being on so the PSU starts and gives the demanded power, as easy as that!

So I'm selling from France a gold Lepa 1kw PSU with only the pcie cables. They are 8 pins and can go down to 6 pins.
The molex and sata cables aren't here, although I could pull one from my EVGA if you need to
