On the admin side I don't see any way to support/verify user deposits and the "wallet" link doesn't do anything.
The wallet isn't running hence the link doesn't do anything.

Probably because they don't want to deal with the support load of an exchange... do you realize how much customer support you have to deal with when running an exchange? People are clueless how an exchange works and then blame the exchange when they aren't getting paid out because they pressed the SELL button form 2.485 of their CRAPcoins at a sell price of 25 BTC per coin. And they start demanding and complaining and threatening legal action and just being an annoying problem because the "exchange" isn't giving them their 60+ BTC that they SOLD.

Aside from all the freaking yellow on the screen looks like a halfway decent site. Kinda wish I could afford to buy this puppy since I think it would be run to try my hand at running an exchange.

3) Automatic deposit and balance checking. Manual batch withdraw by administrator, will have audit feature to support this.
4) Email verification and two factor authentication.
5) Trade engine/price matching engine.
6) Hotwallet/coldwallet process to prevent huge theft.
