Oh well, seeing also the lack of interest, together with your input (which is correct), I will close the topic. Thank you for the hint!

I just noticed that and yes, you are correct. However, these are not my invite codes, as I stated in the OP. But I believe that if a user would behave honestly (meaning to not do hit&run) and if he would use the site as intended (meaning to download what he needs and then keep the torrent at seeding for at least 48h or until it reaches a 1:1 upload vs download ratio), he could be a good contributor and nobody would complain. Indeed, there's the risk that the user to be greedy, perform hit&run and get actions made by the site toward him and also toward to my friend's account. Therefore, I will carefully choose the user which will be interested - so far there is none lol.

I was on that scene for quite some time, and let me tell you that if someone realizes that one person sold an invite, everyone in the invitation tree will get banned.

As it should be. Invitations are meant to grow community by giving them to members that will be positive for said community. They are not to be sold. And I would discourage you or everyone to buy or sell these.

I'm frowning upon this kind of initiatives because the site is most certainly forbidding selling invites.

If they ever come to the knowledge the invite has been sold, account of the invitee and the seller might be banned from the site...

Please correct me if I'm wrong in regards to this.

A friend of mine has 5 FileList invite codes. I did not know how much they value, but I saw on this site that the price is 25$.

Oh well, let's say 18$ is good for a price, but I'm open to negociation. First come, first served.

Conditions:

1. As you know (if you don't, then you should know), hit & runners are discouraged and the hit & run action is against the rules. If the invited user doesn't respect the tracker's rules, penalties are applied to the one invited and also to the one which sent the invite code. If this will happen as a consequence of the actions taken by someone buying the invite codes, I'll issue a negative feedback here for the respective user, because he is not recommended for trading.
2. Use the invites in the proper manner (keep the downloaded torrents at least 48h at seeding and have at least a 1:1 download vs upload ratio for each torrent) and there won't be any problems.
3. Make sure you read all the site's rules. The hit & run rule is one of the most important, but not the only one.
4. I reserve the right to not give the invite codes to users which seem shady to me or to those which I believe they won't respect the rules.

Below is the proof of the existence of the invitations.
