This guy probably bought/hacked this account, then changed his bitcoin address 1-2 weeks ago.

It's impossible but that's not what they're discussing. They're talking about how long ago a BTC address was posted with the account being sold.

And one should surely use an Escrow to buy account from this user and the Escrow will verify that he is really enrolled in that campagn if the buyer asks to escrower
