It is legal to buying selling account here. But member account value not much.
I saw some people selling to 0.03-0.05 Btc.
With his negative trust, less than that.
Don't ask about how much your account will be worth in public, unless you want free negative reputation

To put it in perspective: If you buy this account you only have to make 170 posts with a signature deal to earn it back. You can make 400 posts max so that would give you 0.16 BTC profit in the first month. You can make up to 0.28 BTC the next month.
