No I am dealing with the real customer, who is actually a really cool, reasonable, nice guy.

it turns out Crypto832/jrc209/Kingkongbong is a very troubled person, definitely not the same guy as the end customer

I am curious on one thing @bittawm - why does you log show the name as jrc832 --- the two in question here are jrc209 and crypto832 - I assume then that the chat was not here on the forums? If that is the case, it just goes to show how the two names are tied, as its literally a combination of the two.

the two are in fact the same person in my opinion though now crypto832 is now tied to a name that belongs to a guy in FL - maybe he is trying to pretend he is the customer to whom he sold the miner?

Right along the same advice I gave you about opening a scam accusation and presenting proof. That's again your story, and now we've heard the otherside. It's funny you never mentioned previously that you resold the miner - did you not check out the gear before sending it to the end customer?? Wouldn't that mean you then sold a miner with a burnt board?? Everything is always the fault of others when you are involved, at least moving forward people will have enough flags here to not deal with your nonsense.

I never once refused a refund .You and @bigtimespaghetti sold defective miners knowing they were broken for a profit! Why did you tell the customer to rma the board then dissapear after he sent it? When I was told about the defective board at first I offered a full refund, jrc209 / Crypto832 refused to take the refund and also refused to tell his customer about the refund. The reason he did not want the refund is because he on-sold the miner for a profit and did not want to loose his margin.  ( No clown my customer wanted to keep the miner he didnt buy a miner to get a refund he wanted the card that you sent bad on purpose replaced and you took it and dissapeared for many weeks.

Now here is something that makes sense and sounds like the crypto832 we've come to know and avoid. I had been thinking and assumed that they figured out you were going to be away and decided to try and stir shit up without anyone responding.

Well i'll comment on the rest if/when I see a scam accusation or something along those lines. When my history turns into wasting other peoples time and/or money feel free to call me out. The seller sent the miner knowing ahead of time the board was bad and tried to cover his tracks by saying oh the hashrate varies and when I confronted him he said oh I told you the hashrate varies "yes but you did not tell me the board was completely burnt up all miners the hashrate varies but all hashboards should work and not show burn marks upon arrival. I have all the proof I need not sure what good it will do as this guy is on the internet and not even in the USA so it can be handled face to face like men.

One of these days when I have a moment to upload all the pm and discord conversations I will do it but time is indeed money and I have lost allot of that with this clown who claims to be trusted here. Yes intentionally sending a burnt miner is a scam period.

So I don't know what your agreement was or how long you expected the the repair to take not including time in transit. Depending on all that you can create an accusation but so far it doesn't sound out of the ordinary yet. If you do plan to go further you probably want to add pictures of the miner and something showing the discussion beyond ordering it.


You may also want to think about editing your image to block your personal information.
