not really sure how it works. i have seen numerous listing on Hashtalk.org with people selling their accounts so i don't think it will get suspended. if that is the case than i will suspend my inquiry into selling it, as i don't want me acct banned. for my protection and buyer's....escrow is a must. thanks

No it will not get your account suspended but you are at risk of having the seller recover the account so escrow does not matter. Aren't private selling of accounts liable to get suspended.
