I have no problem with escrow, and shipping is available anywhere; but shipping will be charged to the buyer if out of the continental US.

Correct. This is a traditional les paul with some aesthetic changes to make it pass as a standard. Not sure if I mentioned it in the original post, but I have all of the original parts, and would have no problem reverting the guitar if the buyer prefers it. The reason I changed it is I disagree with Gibson's choice to gut the wood..it just isn't a les Paul (IMO) if it doesn't give you back pain after a couple hours of standing with it lol. When I set out to buy a Paul I was surprised to see the weight had dropped from 10-12+ lbs down to ~7lbs! I wasn't going to drop $2000 to feel like I was playing a toy version of the guitar. So I bought what for decades was a standard LP. They changed the guitar, not me! Lol. I just changed it back.   Plus it's worth noting the tuners were swapped with grover chrome tulips, which is much more than an aesthetic improvement. I'm not a fan of Gibson deluxe tuners. These are more smooth, and stay in tune better.

So is this a Traditional with swapped out truss rod cover and volume/tone knobs, so as to pass for a Standard?

Because there is a major difference between the two guitars: Traditional while slightly cheaper than Standard, offers a denser body mass (see old school weight relief vs. new chamber method).

IMHO, a much better quality guitar which should never be dressed down as a Standard. The only thing to hate on is the pickguard or the screw hole left behind after its removal.

Pardon my lackadaisical attitude.  I'd be happier to start taking offers around twice that.

Your best offer has not met the seller's minimum requirements.

Taking offers for this beautiful near-mint 2008 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Flametop.  Note the upgraded tuners, and truss rod cover.  Original Gibson les paul case included.  All paperwork/warranty information as well.  This is the one!  Don't be shy with questions.  Offer price will include shipping and great packaging.  The guitar will ship in the Gibson box I received it in.
