What's the average waiting time?
I wait for 2 confirmations on the blockchain, Amazon usually sends the code by then. I've never waited over 30 minutes for an Amazon code.
I can't make any guarantees for other sites

I bought a large amount of Amazon credits from flound1129. I sent first in increments, and had no problems. He was fast and communicative.
