Idk though how easy is to buy such a property if you aren't a UK citizen. I mean for investment purposes.

It is extremely easy for a non UK citizen to buy UK property. Plenty of Chinese were buying UK property before China started introducing price controls.

These are offices not apartments and yes there are multiple units, some are already let (hence the investment opportunity, buy unit receive rent), others are vacant for moving in.
