Hi guys,
Hope I am not spamming here, but I thought that a few people may want these, as we're deploying them on our farm now.
If you don't know, I run [BuyAHash.com](
www.buyahash.com), and we typically sell a lot of Scrypt-centric accessories. Since Gridseeds are becoming more prevalent, we wanted to offer something that wasn't a rip-off, and would allow you to power your Gridseeds from an ATX power supply. I currently have ~55 Gridseeds running off of one, 630w ATX power supply at the moment. Its much easier to do management on, IMO.
We're also going to be releasing boxed Gridseed solutions with data/power cabling for plug & play, but I figure that most here care more about the power solution than the whole unit, since we have a lot of competitors for the actual ASIC.
Here's what we have fabricated, in stock, and tested so far:
PCI-E 6 Pin to 3x 2.1mm DC Barrel Plug - $10.00

http://buyahash.com/shop/molex-4-pin-gridseed-power-plug-2-1mm-dc-barrel-plug/ATX Power Supply Reset Switch - $5.00
http://buyahash.com/shop/atx-power-supply-reset-switch/USB Mini Data Cable - 3ft - $1.95
http://buyahash.com/shop/usb-mini-cable-gridseed-asic-miner/4-way 2.1mm DC Barrel Plug Splitter - $4.00
http://buyahash.com/shop/4-way-gridseed-power-splitter-41-2-1mm-dc-barrel-plug-splitter/FWIW, we've been running 12 Gridseeds from one PCI-E 6-pin and 3 of the splitters. Its a very cheap way of getting a lot of Grids up on one ATX really fast.
Feel free to discuss using ATX solutions for Grids, as I am interesting in hearing what everyone says. I know we've had one splitter end up not working properly, but in LTC-only mode, they work great.
